Our community's water meters are read at the end each month. You should receive your bill at the beginning of the next month; approximately by the 5th. If you have not recieved your bill by the 10th of the month, please call the office. Please contact our office for any additional information.
Payment is due by 5:00 pm on the 20th of every month. After that, a $25.00 late charge is automatically added to your account by the software.
If payment has not been recieved by the first Monday of the following month at 9:00 am, GGWSC has the right to disconnect your meter. The disconnect/reconnect fee is $100.00. For example, if your payment was due by September 20th, and no payment has been made by the first Monday of October, then you will be disconnected. You will have been given a total of 30 days to have paid your bill.
